Pricing questions
Do credits expire?
No. There is no expiry date and no subscription to lapse. Buy 25 credits, use three this year and the rest in 2029 — that is fine.
What if a job fails or I cancel it?
A credit is reserved before the erasure begins and only committed once the certificate is counter-signed. An abandoned reservation expires and the credit returns to your pool, so a failed, cancelled or crashed job never costs you anything.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Erasure and local certificates are free forever with no account at all. Sign in to the console and your organisation gets three evaluation credits so you can produce real counter-signed certificates end to end — no card required.
Is one credit per file, or per job?
Per certificate. One erasure job — however many files it covers — produces one certificate and spends one credit. A run over ten thousand files still costs one.
Do you offer reseller or ITAD terms?
Yes, above the published volume tier. If you are certifying on behalf of clients and need per-client branding or a larger pool, get in touch.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Credits already spent on issued certificates are not, because the certificate has already been signed and published.
